Your not going to believe this but they have the best Carnitas in the World. The texture, color and consistency of the meat in aspect of fat to muscle is way beyond good. Everywhere else they let the meat sit in a puddle of grease. Really nice and flakey, easy to pull apart. I buy Carnitas by the pound here. Everytime I come to town three pounds. I would give them $15 a pound. I would continue to buy Carnitas here.
